Q: Clip Styles
What is the difference between an Alligator Clip and a French Clip?
A:
An Alligator Clip is the type that you just pinch to open, and a French Clip actually snaps closed. Most people prefer to use an Alligator Clip on girls with very fine hair and French Clips on older girls with more hair. My personal preference is the French Clip. When the hair is too fine to hold it in, I just put the hair in a small, thin pony tail holder and then clip the bow right under that. It really just comes down to your personal preference, though French Clips are recommended for larger bows!
*Alligator Clips are partially covered in coordinating ribbon and lined with a No Slip Grip!
Q: Shipping
How much is Shipping and how is it sent?
A:
We offer a Flat Rate Shipping Charge of only $5.00 on ALL orders! That way you can order as many bows as want and never have to worry about those pesky shipping charges adding up!
 All orders are sent via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your package is shipped giving you the Delivery Confirmation Number. If you need it faster, Please let us know so that we can quote you a shipping price before you order!
Q: Local Orders
Can I pick up my order if I live nearby to save on shipping charges?
A:
Of course you can! We are located in Avery County NC so if you live nearby, during checkout be sure and select local pickup as your delivery option. You can also select Cash as your payment option and pay when you pick your order up! Your phone number is required during checkout to use this option. I'll call you to set up a time and place to meet you with your order that is convenient to us both.
Q: Processing Time
When will my order ship out?
A:
All bows are custom made when you order them so that we can accommodate any special requests that you may have. Normally, your order will ship out 1-3 business days(M-F) after it is placed unless it is an extremely large order which will take longer. Although we do ask that you allow 3-5 business days(M-F) for processing just in case because there are times that we will have to fill a large order that was placed before yours. In VERY rare cases, we may run out of a particular style of ribbon and have to wait for it to be restocked. In this case, we always contact you to let you know about the delay and to see if you'd like to wait or change your order.
Q: Payments
What type of payments do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our Secure Server and payments made trough PayPal! **Orders paid via PayPal with an E-Check will not be shipped until payment clears!
We also accept cash as a payment for Local Pickups ONLY! Your phone number is required for this option.
Q: Ribbon Styles
What if I don't see the style of ribbon that I want?
A:
Please contact us! We do have extra ribbon laying around, just not enough to include here. If we don't have it, chances are, we can get it! All you have to do, is let us know what you're wanting!

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not. We only accept orders from the Continental US.
Q: Refunds / Exchanges
What is your refund / exchange policy?
A:
All of our products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If for any reason, you are unhappy (Don't worry, you won't be!), you need to contact us within 7 days. After we've established what the problem is then you can return it to us for either a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange for a new product! But, the product does have to be in the same condition as it was received! New and never worn!

Of course we do! We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone! This information is collected for the sole purpose of giving you the best Customer Service possible! We respect you and your privacy at all times!

What are your Terms of Use?

Some of the products here at Ribbon Rain-Bows contain small parts. All products are securely attached and should not come apart with normal use! All of our products are to be used as accessories only...they are not toys and should not be treated as such. If they were to come apart, they could pose a choking hazard. Therefore, we suggest that they always be used with supervision! It is not recommended that small children be left alone with any product (if laying down for a nap etc., remove their bow until they are supervised again).
Ribbon Rain-Bows is not liable for any harm or damage resulting from the improper or unsupervised use of our products. By placing an order with us, you are indicating your understanding and acceptance of this statement.
